Standard Item Processing Times All standard items are processed within 4 days and sent out for dispatch. We offer priority processing to expedite your order, ensuring your product is shipped within 48 hours or 2 business days.
Custom Item Processing Times Processing times for custom orders vary depending on the level of detail required for the product. Please check each product page to identify the corresponding processing and production times.
Shipping Times We offer free worldwide standard shipping (list of countries below). The standard shipping times are as follows:
- UK: 4-10 business days*
- Europe: 1-2 weeks*
- USA: 1-2 weeks*
- Middle East: 3 weeks*
- Central Asia: 3 weeks*
- Australia & NZ: 2-4 weeks*
- South America: 2-5 weeks*
*The estimated delivery times are based on recent deliveries and should not be seen as a guaranteed delivery timeframe. We do our best to ensure the shipping process is as smooth as possible, but in the case of late delivery, we do not issue a refund.
Currently, we do not offer an express shipping option due to the costs involved.
